Beschreibung
From quartz and clay soils of different shades. Quars is a wine capable of bringing together the freshnest version of white Grenache accompanied by the roundess provided by the patient aging in oak. Grapes harvested without rushing the ripening, directly pressed keeping a part of stems and fermented by their own yeasts in cement vats. Aged in barrels, oxigenating slowly to discover the kinder side of its acidity, once refined.
