Les Margues, outsanding power and freshness come together. Usually dissociated qualities that, in this case, are made possible thanks to the particularity of calcareous and clay soils (light tones) which better respect the fruit of white grapes. Small production of withe grenache and gray, after a brief maceration, begin the fermentation in steel to conclude it in barrels of 500 L, where the wine ages throughout the year.
