Auxerrois Rotenberg Zind Humbrecht 75 cl 2021

The oldest part of the vineyard was planted in the early 1950s! We did vinify it separately in the past, but always blended it eventually with our classic Pinot-Blanc. In 2021 we decided to keep it aside because it shows all the characteristics of this fantastic vineyards. Yields were very small in 2021 (just the Pinot Gris of the same vineyard!) and the wine fermented dry after a long fermentation and lees ageing.
