Hand-harvesting, in small box of 20 kg. Converted into wine according to the principle of an infusion more than an extraction. Natural fermentation. Malolactic fermentation in the spring. First Racking at the end of July. 40% of whole grapes. 17 months in barrel (15% new oak, 45% a wine, 40% two wines). No collage. Deep red color on red fruits cherries, blackcurrant, wine that pinotes. Complex and deep nose. The attack is dense chalky and slightly acidic. On the palate we have a good energy with nervosity and a nice length. This is a true terroir wine that only needs a few years.
