This specific cradle, nestled at 380m on the hillside facing the village, takes advantage of its height as well as the warm currents that caress the valley. This situation gives Saint-Romain Sous Roche a character of fresh and high-altitude Pinot, with generous aromas of red fruits while its old vines give it depth and a good length in the mouth
